Fun in the Snow

The snow is falling again and the kids have all gotten boots (no need for them in Arizona). Daniel had a hard time figuring out how to walk in his, here is a video of him:

Move to Colorado

We have now lived in Colorado for a little over a month and have already seen snow! The kids really like going outdoors. Although the snow is now gone, the snowstorm that we had was large enough to make a snowman. Daniel also had his 15 month appointment and his stats were: weight 22 lbs 2 oz (10th-25th percentile), height 34.8 inches (Above 95th percentile), and head circumference 18.3 inches (10th-25th percentile).

3 and a Half and 1 Year old!

Daniel is now 13 months old, he has been walking since he was 10 months old! He has started climbing onto everything, he can pull himself up onto our queen bed, can open doors (including the pantry), and climb onto our stools and chairs. He says a lot of different words, but loves to be held, his favorite thing to say is "Up Please!" He has finally been cleared to try Lactaide milk, (lactose free milk) instead of his formula, HURRAY!! His 12 month stats were: weight 21 lbs 10 oz (25th-50th percentile), height 32.5 inches (95th percentile), and head circumference 18 inches (25th-50th percentile).

Jasmine and Sydney are also growing so quickly, they understand and put together so many things now, it is hard to keep up with them! We will be moving to Durango, Colorado soon and the girls are so excited because it is SOOOO hot in Arizona. They keep telling people, "We are moving because it is too hot in Arizona." After a recent trip to Durango, they were outside saying, "My arms and legs are burning!! Can we go back to Colorado?"

We enjoyed a wonderful trip to San Diego in the early part of June, the kids had a great time and we had excellent hosts, Sue and Lyle!

Daniel is 9 Months Old

Daniel is now 9 months old and has taken his first steps! He pulls himself up on everything and stands up on his own!! His 9 month stats are: weight 20 lbs 4 oz (50th percentile), height 29.8 inches (90th percentile), and head circumference 17.8 inches (25th-50th percentile).

Jasmine and Sydney are growing so quickly and saying more and more funny stuff everyday!

We recently had excellent help from Margie, Jim, John, Helen, and Andrew to help rip off the shingles from our roof, which was leaking, and replace them with new ones, what a project! They did an excellent job, thanks for all of their hardwork! Below are some pictures of the roof and the kiddos:

Bryan wrote a message to his mom on the roof, she has been diagnosed with Stage 4 breast cancer, he was able to visit her at the end of March.

Janet's grandfather's (we call him Poppop) 75th birthday was a fun celebration in February. Most of the cousins and all of the aunts and uncles attended. The kids had a great time, they went on four wheel rides, rode horses, and met people they had never met before, below are pictures from the party:
