Twin Ultrasound - 34 Weeks

Unfortunately there are no pictures to share this week. However, we did learn that Sydney is already practicing her breathing and Jasmine is very far into the pelvic area, therefore she could not be measured accurately for growth. Both babies were so active that the ultrasound machine could not pick up decent pictures :-). Sydney's estimated weight is 4 lbs 10 oz.

Janet Weight Progress at 34 Weeks

Here are updates of pregnancy pictures. They are in order of old, (11 weeks), new (34 weeks). Mom is currently measuring at 39-40 weeks (for a normal single child pregnancy) and should continue to be around 4 weeks bigger than a single child pregnancy :-). There are also pictures comparing old, (31 weeks), new (34 weeks).

Mom also had preterm labor on December 15th when she was experiencing many contractions. The doctor has stopped the contractions and placed her on medication and rest to maintain the pregnancy until the scheduled date of January 9th. Medication will stopped at 36 weeks, therefore, the babies could come earlier :-).



























Janet's weight: 171 (weight gain of 41 pounds total).
